Hello, my name is Timber. I am a 3-Year-Old Irish Wolfhound and Old English Sheep Dog mix. I am Full Grown at 100 Pounds. Please keep reading more about me. My Calm Personality!! I am a Calm and Easy Going Doggie who LOVES People and Cats. I am great with Kids as I am living with a 7, 4 Year Old and a 9 Month Old kids. I am a Sensitive Soul who shrinks if you yell at me - yes, I do not know I am a Big Dog! I am a Calm, Sweet Girl!! I AM Smart and Respectful! I am Well Behaved in the Home. I pretty much Lay Around The House! I am Housetrained too! I did well in the Crate as a Pup, but haven't been in a crate recently - I am that good of a dog. I am also VERY Responsive to Voice Commands - I really am a Good Girl! I Am Great with Kids! I am good with Kids. I live with a 7 and 4 Year Old and a 9 Month Old. We all get along great! I am Good with Cats! I live with a Cat and we get along well. I am a Healthy Dog! I am a healthy 100 Pound doggie who is full grown. I am already Spayed and current on my Rabies vaccine. I do need a Distemper vaccine and Heartwom Screening, but the rescue can get that done for me. My Sad Story! I get along well with everyone in the house except the other 10 Year Old Female Dog. We are not getting along, and since the other dog has been with the family for 10 years the family said I need to go into another home. I Need a Foster Home or Permanent Home Now! My family wants to rehome Me Now. If you want to Foster or Adopt - please contact the rescue ASAP. Remember I am good with Adults, Kids and Cats. I do not get along with the female.dog in the house. ********************************************************************************** We show some of our adoptable dogs at PetSmart, Utica, each Saturday between the hours of 11:00am and 3:00pm. Cats typically don't do well at events, so they only attend with a pre-approved meet and greet appointment. If you are interested in a particular pet, we suggest you email: mmarpaws@gmail.com to see if that pet will be there.
Applications are approved on the basis of the best and most appropriate home for the animal, not on a first come, first served basis. On site adoption available to pre-approved applicants only.
Adoption fees go towards vaccines, heartworm prevention/testing, flea/tick prevention, spay/neuter and other medical problems that may arise.
MMAR is an all volunteer, foster based, 501 (c) 3, non profit organization. Without your donation, wonderful pets like these have to be passed by because we cannot afford their care.
