He was in pretty rough shape when he came in, but after a haircut some vet work a dental and lots of TLC, he will make a great companion for a quieter home. And with his shortage of teeth after the dental, soft food, TLC and an available lap will make his world. He does fine with other dogs but really just wants to be by people. He's house trained but not happy in a crate (Lap preferred) and a fence is preferred since he came in as a stray. We show most of our adoptable pets at PetSmart, Utica, each Saturday from 11 to 3. Applications are approved on the basis of the best and most appropriate home for the animal, not on a first come, first served basis. On site adoption available to pre-approved applicants only. Adoption Fees Senior : 9 years & up $100-$175 Adult : 2 years to 8 years $250 Young adult : 6 months to 2 years $275 Puppies : 6 weeks to 6 months $300 Adoption fees go towards vaccines, heartworm prevention/testing, flea/tick prevention, spay/neuter and other medical problems that may arise.
