He was found as a stray with no one looking for him. He lives with a cat and a dog is well mannered, house trained and used to the crate. He's playful, entertaining, and active, but not over active, and likes being with people. He would do well in a quieter home Louie tested positive for a mild case of heartworm and, when ready, the rescue will cover the cost of his treatment. It would be nice if he had his new home and family by the time he's ready for treatment (30 days approx:) So he could be pampered. Louie would love to be home for the holidays, so If you are interested in LoveBug Louis, have a secure fenced in yard and no children under 5 please come up and see him. Adoption Fees *Senior: 9 & up  $100-$175 *Adult: 2-8          $250 *Young adult: 6 months to 2 years $275 *Puppies:  6 weeks to 6 months  $300   Adoption fees go towards vaccines, heartworm prevention/testing, flea/tick prevention, spay/neuter and other medical problems that may arise.
