Scrolling List: http://members.petfinder.com/~MI730/scroll_pets.html +++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++ Hi, my name is Lucy and I am about 1 year old and weigh 36 pounds. I came from Rome Georgia where I was out of time in a high kill shelter. Luckily a nice lady seen me and decided to save me so I could get a home of my own and share all the love I have to give. Even though I am 12 months old, I really have a lot of energy and curiosity! My foster mom says I would be a good running companion or could learn to play Frisbee easily as she says I am very smart. I already know how to crate up(go to my room), and am learning to walk well on a leash, which would be easier for me to learn if there weren't so many interesting things to see!! I get along well with other dogs, but don't always know how to play with them. I am more submissive though, so if I do something another dog doesn't like and they growl at me or show me their teeth, I quit whatever it was that made them unhappy!! I am very food oriented and learn new things quickly to get a reward. I am house broken and love to play and be with my person or people or other dogs! My foster mom says I have a quirky smile on my face all the time, I am not sure what that means, but I am always happy!! Going for car rides is not my favorite thing, but I am learning to relax and enjoy the ride. Of course I am all up to date on my vaccines, Heart Worm Negative, Spayed, and microchipped, so I am ready for my new home and loving family. Due to my active nature, I would probably be better with children over 10 years old as I would not want to accidentally knock a little child down. +++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++ Our adoption application is now online.
