Description:
Scrolling List: http://members.petfinder.com/~MI730/scroll_pets.html VERY SPECIAL DOG Duke is a miracle story waiting for a happy ending. Duke is an 8+ y/o possible Golden/ Labrador Mix with the playful, loving disposition of an Angel. With his last bit of strength, he found his way to someone's backyard and laid down. He was starving, cold, in such sad shape he could go no further. "Thankfully, the people found him and called the rescue where he received food, medical care and most of all the love that he needed to survive. Today, Duke is doing great. He's got the personality of a Golden, the loyalty and playfulness of a lab and is such a loving boy that he's a joy to everyone who meets him. He gets along with other dogs, loves car rides, likes to do everything you do and just wants to be a part of your world. He has some arthritis and allergies and will need an allergy diet and daily anti-histamine pill. He also takes a daily arthritis pill that has helped him improve to the point he's able to run and play with the puppies. He's smart, alert and a pleasure to have around. He's easy to care for, and if you're lonely or sad at times, he's right there to pick you up and remind you that things will get better. Sure Duke has a few special needs, but nothing to bad and what he has to give is priceless. He's got the gift of unconditional love and a zest for life that he wants to share with you. We're all looking for Miracles, How about adding one to your life and put a happy ending to Duke's story? Our adoption application is now online.
