My name is Lizzy and I'm a a beautiful 1 y/o Shepherd/Basenji Mix. I'm only about 45 pounds, so I am the perfect size house dog with the beauty, brains and intelligence of the Shepard and the energy and agility of the Basenji. You can't go wrong with a mix like that.

If you are looking for an active companion and partner in life,have fenced yard and kids over 8, you should come and see what a special girl I am.

The adoption fee of $250 includes current vaccines and sterilization.

I will try to be at the Utica PetSmart Adoption Center on Hall Road, east of Van Dyke when we are there. Email or call if you are making a trip and we'll try to make sure I'm at the store. Maybe we could set up a special appointment for you to meet me!

We show some of our adoptable dogs at PetSmart, Utica, each Saturday between the hours of 11:00am and 3:00pm.  Cats typically don't do well at events, so they only attend with a pre-approved meet and greet appointment. If you are interested in a particular pet, we suggest you email: mmarpaws@gmail.com to see if that pet will be there.

 

Applications are approved on the basis of the best and most appropriate home for the animal, not on a first come, first served basis. On site adoption available to pre-approved applicants only.

 

Adoption fees go towards vaccines, heartworm prevention/testing, flea/tick prevention, spay/neuter and other medical problems that may arise.
