I am a 14 week old (as of 9-17-2011) incredibly cute Boxer/Hound mix who's very sweet, lively and loads of fun.

I love to play roly poly with my brother, Curry, and it's so funny to watch us rolling around and around. I also love play time and snuggle and cuddle time.

My sad story is me and my brother were found as strays (yea, right. More like dumped at the side of the road.). How can people just throw us away? Then the shelter picked us up and contacted a rescue. So here I am. Ready and eager to meet my new family and start my new life.

I'm very outgoing and curious, paper trained am working on learning commands. I would make a wonderful addition to a variety of families (doesn't everybody love pickles) who like to live, love and laugh. I will need a fenced yard and kids over 5. Please hurry up. I'm so excited to come home.

The adoption fee of $250 includes current vaccines and sterilization.

Applications are approved on the basis of the best and most appropriate home for the animal, NOT on a first come, first serve basis.

We show some of our adoptable dogs at PetSmart, Utica, each Saturday between the hours of 11:00am and 3:00pm.  Cats typically don't do well at events, so they only attend with a pre-approved meet and greet appointment. If you are interested in a particular pet, we suggest you email: mmarpaws@gmail.com to see if that pet will be there.

 

Applications are approved on the basis of the best and most appropriate home for the animal, not on a first come, first served basis. On site adoption available to pre-approved applicants only.

 

Adoption fees go towards vaccines, heartworm prevention/testing, flea/tick prevention, spay/neuter and other medical problems that may arise.

 

MMAR is an all volunteer, foster based, 501 (c) 3, non profit organization. Without your donation, wonderful pets like these have to be passed by because we cannot afford their care.
