Hey everybody!!!..My name is Duke (Dukie to my friends). I am a unique 4.5 y/o Collie mix who's super, smart, sweet and simply irresistible with movie star good looks. I'm eager to please and always have a happy smile on my face for people. I love walks, car rides kisses and belly rubs. I will hold up my paw when you walk by just to show how much I love you. Please stop and say hello. I'm crate trained and keep my kennel super clean. I'm a real joy to have around and all the volunteers say I I make them laugh. I love everybody. I will make a terrific addition to a variety of families with a fenced yard and kids over 5. I would do best as the one family dog and no cats. I promise I will bring joy to your heart and home. Applications for adoption are available from www.MakingMiraclesAnimalRescue.org or Application.pdf. Please fax in the application to (248) 499-1953. Applications are approved on the basis of the best and most appropriate home for the animal, NOT on a first come, first serve basis.
********************************************************************************** We show some of our adoptable dogs at PetSmart, Utica, each Saturday between the hours of 11:00am and 3:00pm. Cats typically don't do well at events, so they only attend with a pre-approved meet and greet appointment. If you are interested in a particular pet, we suggest you email: mmarpaws@gmail.com to see if that pet will be there.
Applications are approved on the basis of the best and most appropriate home for the animal, not on a first come, first served basis. On site adoption available to pre-approved applicants only.
Adoption fees go towards vaccines, heartworm prevention/testing, flea/tick prevention, spay/neuter and other medical problems that may arise.
MMAR is an all volunteer, foster based, 501 (c) 3, non profit organization. Without your donation, wonderful pets like these have to be passed by because we cannot afford their care.
