Hi!! My name is Fawn, and I'm a very sweet little dear. I'm an absolutely beautiful Whippet mix about 6 months old and mixed with what, we're not sure. Maybe a deer since everyone says I look like a precious little fawn with my gangly long legs and sleek body.

I was a starving stray puppy when I was rescued. All skinny and scared, but I'm filling out now with the great food and loving care of my foster mom. I do need to be fed separately from the other dogs until I'm trained because I never had enough to eat before. I will probably be a medium size dog.

I am very active and a lot of fun. I'm very intelligent and highly trainable. I get along with other dogs, and I like to play. I'm working on my house training and commands.

If you want something special and unique looking, you might want to hurry and get a look at me. I'm not your run of the mill puppy. I'm special. Come see me soon.

The adoption fee of $250 includes current vaccines and sterilization.

We show some of our adoptable dogs at PetSmart, Utica, each Saturday between the hours of 11:00am and 3:00pm.  Cats typically don't do well at events, so they only attend with a pre-approved meet and greet appointment. If you are interested in a particular pet, we suggest you email: mmarpaws@gmail.com to see if that pet will be there.

 

Applications are approved on the basis of the best and most appropriate home for the animal, not on a first come, first served basis. On site adoption available to pre-approved applicants only.

 

Adoption fees go towards vaccines, heartworm prevention/testing, flea/tick prevention, spay/neuter and other medical problems that may arise.

 

MMAR is an all volunteer, foster based, 501 (c) 3, non profit organization. Without your donation, wonderful pets like these have to be passed by because we cannot afford their care.
