BabyMy name is Baby and I was somebody's baby until the problems of my family became mine and left me homeless and without a family. I'm a 2 1/2 y/o beautiful, playful, active golden lab mix with a sweet, shy, eager to please personality. I'm just a big puppy in disguise. I am great with kids and get so excited to be with my people. I'm house and crate trained, love to go for walks and play and run with my people. I love toys and treats, too. I'm very smart, too. I will need to be an only dog in an active, fun loving family with a high fence as I do like to explore. I am a very special dog and want so much to be a part of a family again. I have to stay in a kennel right now as there are no fosters to take me in. My greatest wish is to have a home before Christmas and share my gifts of endless love and playfulness with my own family. I have so much love to give to you. The adoption fee of $250 includes current vaccines and sterilization. ********************************************************************************** We show some of our adoptable dogs at PetSmart, Utica, each Saturday between the hours of 11:00am and 3:00pm. Cats typically don't do well at events, so they only attend with a pre-approved meet and greet appointment. If you are interested in a particular pet, we suggest you email: mmarpaws@gmail.com to see if that pet will be there.
Applications are approved on the basis of the best and most appropriate home for the animal, not on a first come, first served basis. On site adoption available to pre-approved applicants only.
Adoption fees go towards vaccines, heartworm prevention/testing, flea/tick prevention, spay/neuter and other medical problems that may arise.
MMAR is an all volunteer, foster based, 501 (c) 3, non profit organization. Without your donation, wonderful pets like these have to be passed by because we cannot afford their care.
