BuddyHi everybody!!! My name is Buddy and I am a sweet, shy 5-7 y/o Shih Tzu who is looking for a new home through no choice of my own. I was an owner give up. Who knows what the reason is.. It's just such a sad situation all around. Here I thought I had a forever place, but things happen and changes need to be made. I am very mellow and lots of fun when I get to know you. I Like to be where my people are. I'm good with other dogs and cats. My life has had so many changes recently so I would like to find a stable home with lots of love and attention. I'm really no trouble at all. If your life has had unexpected changes or you would like to make some good changes, why don't you come and see me. Maybe we could experience the changes together. It wouldn't be so scary if you have someone who loves you unconditionally right by your side. Let's go for it. The adoption fee of $250 includes current vaccines and sterilization. Please fax in the application to (248) 499-1953. Applications are approved on the basis of the best and most appropriate home for the animal, NOT on a first come, first serve basis.
********************************************************************************** We show some of our adoptable dogs at PetSmart, Utica, each Saturday between the hours of 11:00am and 3:00pm. Cats typically don't do well at events, so they only attend with a pre-approved meet and greet appointment. If you are interested in a particular pet, we suggest you email: mmarpaws@gmail.com to see if that pet will be there.
Applications are approved on the basis of the best and most appropriate home for the animal, not on a first come, first served basis. On site adoption available to pre-approved applicants only.
Adoption fees go towards vaccines, heartworm prevention/testing, flea/tick prevention, spay/neuter and other medical problems that may arise.
MMAR is an all volunteer, foster based, 501 (c) 3, non profit organization. Without your donation, wonderful pets like these have to be passed by because we cannot afford their care.
